Symposium 2017: March 13 – 15

The United States Fab Lab Network is pleased to announce that Symposium 2017 will be held at the
St. Louis Confluence Fab Lab at Lewis and Clark Community College.
This event will feature workshops and session covering the various stairsteps for Fab Labs and Makerspaces to move forward in implementing programs and projects to deliver superior educational experiences. Topics will cover operations, programming, and staff technical training.
This event is suited for those interested in starting a Fab Lab/Makerspace as well as those spaces that are online and are looking for best practices around staffing, training, programming and operations.
Attendance to "Stairway to Making" USFLN Symposium 2017 includes annual membership in the United States Fab Lab Network.
Reserve a comfortable room with a group rate at the Holiday Inn located in Edwardsville, IL.
Going to fly? Lambert - St. Louis International Airport is recommended and 28 miles away from the Holiday Inn.
Monday, March 13th 11am until around 12:30 and then again at 5pm.
Tuesday, March 14th 7:30am and then again at 5pm and 7pm
Wednesday March 15th 7:30am and then at noon.
There are two 18 passenger vans that can make the trip several times if necessary. We will not be shuttling attendees to/from the airport.
